Why we exist
When MetaQuotes changed its licensing approach, hundreds of firms suddenly needed their own entity with a complete, credible document file, and they needed it fast. Many were quoted high consultancy fees for work that is largely coordination between registered agents, lawyers and the applicant.
We built a lean service around that coordination. We work with licensed registered agents and independent legal counsel in Saint Lucia, we standardised the document pack that platform vendors look for, and we pass the efficiency on to our clients as fair, fixed fees.
