MT5 License Company

A Saint Lucia company built for your MT5 license application

MetaQuotes now only licenses MetaTrader 5 to firms with their own properly documented legal entity. We give you that entity and the full document pack, ready to submit.

  • IBC with forex & brokerage objects
  • Legal opinion from Saint Lucia counsel
  • Registered + physical address proof
  • Bank or PSP letter on request
In short

To get an MT5 license, MetaQuotes requires your own company, set up for trading, forex or brokerage and financial services, plus ten documents. These include a legal opinion, proof of registered and physical address, a bank reference letter and SumSub verification. Our MT5 Ready package delivers a Saint Lucia IBC and the corporate part of that file.

The challenge

Why getting MT5 got harder and what that means for you

For years, many brokers and prop firms ran MetaTrader through white-label providers or third-party "grey label" arrangements. In early 2024, MetaQuotes started cutting off platform access for firms that had no direct agreement or that could not show proper compliance. Several large prop firms lost MT5 overnight.

The firms that got back onto MT5 did it in the same way: they incorporated their own company, often in Saint Lucia, and applied for a direct license. MetaQuotes then reviews the entity itself against a fixed checklist: who owns it (down to the UBO, verified via SumSub), where it is registered and where it actually operates, whether it is lawfully entitled to offer trading services, whether it holds a corporate bank account, and whether its website is transparent.

That is where most applications stall. The company exists, but its Memorandum does not mention forex or brokerage, it has no proof of a physical address, the registers do not match the UBO, or there is no bank reference letter. Our service closes those gaps before you apply.

MT5 license company: frequently asked questions

Do you issue the MT5 license?

No. Only MetaQuotes can grant an MT5 license, and it does so under a direct agreement with your company. We set up the Saint Lucia entity and prepare the document pack so your application is complete and credible.

Why Saint Lucia rather than another offshore jurisdiction?

A Saint Lucia IBC does not need a local FSRA license to serve FX/CFD clients outside Saint Lucia and CARICOM. It is quick to form, fully foreign-owned and well understood by platform vendors. Several prop firms publicly regained MT5 access in 2025 using Saint Lucia entities. See our Why Saint Lucia page for the full picture.

Do I need to travel to Saint Lucia?

No. The whole process is completed remotely. Documents are signed electronically or couriered, and certified copies can be prepared in your home country.

Can you guarantee MetaQuotes will approve my application?

No one can honestly guarantee that. MetaQuotes reviews every applicant, including the people behind it and the business model. What we can promise is that the company documents and supporting papers meet the standard platform vendors typically expect, which removes the most common reasons for delay.

I already have a Saint Lucia company. Can you still help?

Yes. We can review your existing entity, fill the gaps (legal opinion, updated registers, physical address proof, good standing) and, if you wish, arrange a transfer of registered agent.
