A typical project has six steps: consultation and fixed quote, KYC, incorporation (3–5 business days), the MT5 document pack (about one week), a pre-submission review, and your application to MetaQuotes with SumSub verification.

3–5 business daysMT5 document pack
Legal opinion, updated corporate documents, physical address proof and incumbency issued. Bank or PSP letter if ordered.
About 1 weekPre-submission review
We check your whole application pack for consistency, including names, owners, addresses and website.
1–2 daysApplication & SumSub
You apply to MetaQuotes in your company’s name, and the signatory and UBO complete SumSub online. We help with any follow-up questions.

How do I send KYC documents securely?
We provide an encrypted upload link. Please do not send passport scans over public chats.
Do documents need to be notarised or apostilled?
Usually certified copies are required. Depending on your country, a notary, lawyer or accountant can certify them. We will tell you the exact format before you spend money on certification.
What can slow things down?
Most delays come from incomplete or inconsistent KYC, complex ownership chains, or a business model that is still changing. A clear brief at the start saves weeks.
