Who we are

This website is operated by St Lucia Company ("we", "us"). You can contact us about privacy matters at the email address shown on our Contact page.

Data we collect

• Enquiry data: name, email, messaging handle, country, company name and any information you include in your message.
• Client onboarding (KYC) data: identity documents, proof of address, CVs, source-of-funds information and corporate documents, collected only after you engage us.
• Technical data: basic, privacy-friendly analytics and security logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) processed by our hosting provider.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• To deliver our services, including sharing KYC data with our licensed registered agent partners and independent counsel in Saint Lucia (contract and legal obligation).
• To comply with anti-money-laundering and record-keeping obligations (legal obligation).
• To keep the website secure (legitimate interest).

Sharing

We share personal data only with parties needed to deliver the service (registered agents, counsel, courier and hosting providers) or where required by law. We never sell personal data.

International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country, including in Saint Lucia. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months if you do not become a client. KYC and client records are kept for the period required by applicable AML laws (typically at least five years after the relationship ends).
