Our services

We provide corporate services coordination: arranging company incorporation through licensed registered agents, arranging legal opinions from independent counsel, preparing template documents and making introductions. Specific terms, fees and deliverables are set out in the written engagement letter for each project.

No guarantee of third-party decisions

Decisions by MetaQuotes, banks, payment providers, registries and other third parties are outside our control. We do not guarantee that any license, account or approval will be granted.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information, comply with the laws of every jurisdiction in which you operate or market, and not use our services for any unlawful purpose. We may decline or end any engagement where KYC is not satisfied.

Intellectual property

All website content is our property or licensed to us. Third-party trademarks, including MetaTrader and MetaQuotes, belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it.
